Sugal 3D printed Custom Designed Mouthpieces
Over the past thirty years Gary Sugal the premier designer of saxophone mouthpieces has produced custom made saxophone mouthpieces for some of the finest recording artist around the globe.
The first Sugal factory for manufacturing saxophone mouthpieces was built in 1988. Located on South Street in downtown Providence it was later moved in 1999 to East Providence, RI.
Utilizing high tech design CAD software and four and half axis CNC machining center Gary Sugal has created amazing sounding saxophone metal mouthpieces.
Every metal and wood mouthpiece was and still is custom built to a players exact specifications.
Sugal metal mouthpieces models known as the KW and MB models are regarded by more than eighteen thousand musicians as the “holy grail” of mouthpieces
Today, Gary Sugal brings to the saxophone community his vast experience, knowledge and applies it all to 3D printing.
The Sugal line of 3D printed mouthpieces incorporates the exact same conceptual desighns and specifications that are found in the metal versions. The 3D printed pieces retain the same construction and facings as the premium metal mouthpieces.

Sugal mouthpieces features it’s famous modified internal baffle “snow -hill bafle” , a bullet chamber , compound radius, and refined “mini-tracks” as standard features.
We ofer two optional built on sliding metal ligatures. One has the blue acrylic insert on the side: the other is a solid frame. Cost each is $82.50
A 3D Cap $24.50 is another option. Regular cap is included at n/c.
