Sugal’s 3D METAL PRINTED KW III +s is produced from a refined proprietary granulated assortment of powdered brass-copper-tin metals into a proprietary 3D filament. 

Designed by master artisan and saxophone mouthpiece model maker Gary Sugal. This model offers a contemporary jazz,  rock “n” roll,  fusion bright full bodied sound

In fact it  is a 3D clone of  Sugal’s legendary CNC KW metal mouthpiece. Players seeking to emulate the great sound of Kirk Whalum will feel right at home playing this model 

Sugal’s 3D METAL PRINTED KW III +s. One of the very first things you will notice  when you pick up the piece is  the weight of the mouthpiece: it  is 3.2x heavier than any other 3D printed mouthpiece on the market. This giving it a feel and look of a traditional metal mouthpiece.

Sugal’s 3D METAL PRINTED KW III +s metallic filament was developed to look and feel like a metal mouthpiece, but without the overtones of a nasal-brittle metal sound.. It  has an exceptional even-ness flow into every register of the horn..
